Welders N.V. has built a string of items, of varying sizes, mostly in high performance Nickel-based alloys, a critical part being a semi-torus.

Recently, Welders N.V. found out that no specialist vendor was able to form one huge part, due to the material hardness, wall thickness and short bending radius: it decided to develop the necessary know-how to perform this challenging task. The item was supplied on time, to the satisfaction of the end-user.

In a related case, no company was able to supply the sophisticated static mixer required to achieve optimal results. Thanks to a close collaboration with the Process Licensor, Welders N.V. was able to redesign and manufacture the equipment with only minor adjustments to the original configuration, while guaranteeing the overall efficiency.
